Responsible for all facets of the company’s operations. Paresh is directly responsible for the growth of the portfolio from the first generation compilation of just a handful of properties to a successful business model and a diverse group of properties. Hands on with all development and acquisitions processes; Paresh leads the company to focus on the organizations evolving mantra and initiatives.
Dr. Nilesh Bhakta serves as Chief Financial Officer for Globiwest Hospitality and is responsible for the company’s investments and finances. Nilesh has also served as President and Chief Pharmacist of The Remedy Pharm in Torrance, CA since 1997 and J-J Health Solutions from 2/14 to present.
Manoj is responsible for all financial and accounting efforts throughout the company’s portfolio. Manoj has also served as President of KMK Supply in Bellflower, CA since 1990. KMK Supply is a distributer of hospitality furniture, fixtures and operating supplies.
Ken is ultimately responsible for every aspect of the portfolio’s operations in the Eastern portion of the United States.
Mukesh is ultimately responsible for every aspect of the portfolio’s operations in the Eastern portion of the United States.
Darrell is responsible for all operations & marketing for the entire portfolio of independent boutique and branded properties to include our IHG, Marriott, Wyndham, Hilton and Best Western hotels throughout the entire portfolio. Responsible for the financial growth, net E.B.I.T.D.A. and cost control results of the portfolio.
Dan is responsible for the overall revenue generation throughout the company’s portfolio. Identifies new revenue opportunities and optimizes and expand distribution partnerships.
Jayshree is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall financial operations and performance through the implementation and administration of accounting systems & functions. Provides crucial analytics to operations for cost control measures for the various properties in our portfolio.
Aruna is responsible for the company’s Human Resources and Office operations. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
